Bridge Engineer​/Project Manager

We are expanding our team in the South Central region, and we are looking for a motivated
Project Manager/Bridge Engineer
to manage and lead bridge design projects in our Oklahoma City office. Come collaborate with some of the top bridge design professionals in the industry. This position will provide a confident self-starter the opportunity for career advancement, while contributing to the firm’s growth in bridge engineering in Oklahoma.

• Manage the bridge design project delivery to create an exemplary client experience to a wide variety of clients including the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and cities & counties throughout the state and region
• Collaborate on project pursuits and preparation of proposals including scope, budget and deliverables
• Lead design and monitor task performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and contribute to management of risk
• Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects
• Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery
• Monitor quality control, performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
• Engage and coordinate with multi-discipline team members internally and externally
• Coach junior level staff and CADD technicians in-person and remotely

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or structural preferred) from an ABET accredited engineering program
• P.E. License in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• 7+ years of related bridge design experience
• Experience with MS Office and CAD design software required
• Bridge design project management experience is a preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
