Pratt and Whitney is seeking a Lead Auditor for the Quality Engineering group.

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead and participate in a tiered Sustainment Operations audit program to track network performance, compliance, Government Property, EH&S, etc.
* Create and assist in the maintenance of audit process standard work and support 2nd and 3rd party audits.
* Maintain audit records and manage/track/follow up on associated corrective actions.
* Facilitate the development of root cause and corrective action for audit findings/non-conformances and compliance problems and reviewing and approving CARs in ETQ.
* Collect and analyze process data, transform into meaningful information shared with senior management (i.e., control towers, MCAB, etc.).
* Support the Quality Systems integration for the Sustainment Operations network.
* Travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally.
** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering experience in Aviation, Space or Defense or other regulated industry; OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
* AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification and Lead Auditor experience.
* Ability to lead/coach teams through use of RCCA and other Process Improvement tools.
* Experience delivering presentations to all levels of management for compliance activities/metrics.
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
* Six Sigma or advanced Lean Certifications.
* AATT certification.
* Experience leading audit programs.
* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/Six Sigma).
