Process Engineering Intern

Job Summary:

The Kimray Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment. Essential Job Functions:

In addition to a summer project, there will be opportunities to do some of the following, based on project assignment:

* Supports process engineering team in evaluating and documenting assembly processes and operations

* Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

* Assist with CAD modeling, drawing updates, and document control.

* Participate in product development and process improvement projects.

* Collect, analyze, and report data related to performance testing or quality validation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality, and Production to resolve technical challenges.

* Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and cause mapping exercises.

* Observe and assist with root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

* Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and presentations.
