Position OverviewThe Boeing MS&B Electromagnetic Effects Engineering Group is seeking an Entry Level Electromagnetic Effects Test, Analysis and Design Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK. The engineer will be responsible for performing analyses, developing test procedures, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and writing and reviewing test reports in accordance with MIL-STD-461/464 and DO-160 for a variety of systems on multiple air and space platforms worldwide.
The engineer will also provide EMI/EMC expertise to design and modification efforts for products being developed throughout Boeing. This position requires 100% onsite presence in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which U.S. Citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required)- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electromagnetic concepts such as RF isolation, shielding, grounding, and filtering.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
- ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a Master’s/PhD in electrical engineering.
- Active U.S. Security Clearance.
- iNARTE Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer Certification.
- Previous experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
- Experience with MIL-STD-461/464 and/or DO-160 EMI/EMC.
- Experience in TEMPEST analysis, test, and requirements development.
- Knowledge of digital signal processing.
- Experience generating Power Quality test procedures and reports.
- Hands‑on experience with MATLAB.
- Familiarity with software tools: LTSpice, System Vision, PSPICE, MathCAD, AutoCAD, Mentor DX Designer and Expedition.
- Proficiency with MS Office tool suite.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $68,650 - 93,150.
