Your customer will trust you to not only analyze, design, and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You can broaden your skillset into areas like finite element modeling and computer-aided design, merging these with digital engineering to create an airframe structural technical plan.

- 10+ years of experience in civil or government aerospace industry
- 5+ years of experience with finite element modeling using FEMAP or Patran
- Experience leading multiple collaborative projects of various scale to implementation
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools, Catia, or Solid Works
- Ability to create or complete finite element models using load data obtained from the original equipment manufacturer or structural test fixtures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- Ability to create CAD designs of aircraft primary or secondary structural assemblies, installations, and detail parts
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering preferred;
Doctorate degree a plus
