Basic Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience with hardware and LRU development, test, and qualification
* knowledge in subsystem design, requirement allocation and technical supplier management
* critical analysis and problem solving skills across systems, hardware and software architecture
* practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting and data capture
Preferred
Qualification:
* Military aircraft program experience
* MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429 and Ethernet architecture and knowledge
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills
