Mid‑Level Electrical Engineering Technical Designer

Join the Lab Operations team to support electrical system design, validation, and product lifecycle management for defense and space projects.

• Review electrical/mechanical drawings, system designs, and engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with company, industry, and governmental standards.
• Support engineering system design and validation activities.
• Build and maintain product from installation through maintenance phases.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables with internal teams and working groups.
• Work under general direction.

• Experience using power measurement and test instrumentation (e.g., power supplies, power meters, analyzers).
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting electrical systems with volt‑ohm meters.
• Proficiency in fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses or related components.

• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with REDARS or Gold ESP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project).

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Compliance with U.S. export control requirements (must be a “U.S. Person”).
• No visa sponsorship offered.

• Primary shift: 1st shift; additional shift responsibilities may apply.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Competitive base pay ranging from USD $63,750–$86,250, with variable compensation opportunities.
