Salary up to $95,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the US Mid-West
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to drive customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement and robust quality systems. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Process Control Plans (PCP) and PFMEA, with performance measured by RPN reduction, first-pass yield, and warranty improvement. You need to bring strong communication and technical writing skills with an ability to lead, coach, and manage multiple priorities.

As the Quality Engineer, you’ll focus on:
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Process Control Plans (PCP) for products and models
- Lead cross-functional corrective and preventative actions based on yield, warranty, and customer feedback
- Perform failure analysis on customer returns with a focus on rapid resolution
- Mentor teams in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Support APQP/PPAP activities for new product launches
- Coordinate customer visits and serve as a quality representative in Lean initiatives
- Resolve critical quality issues in line with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field OR at least 3 years of relevant quality engineering experience
- Strong background in manufacturing quality processes and improvement programs
- Experience with automotive standards (TS-16949, ISO-9000) and customer/supplier relations
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical device manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Some travel and overtime as needed
- Big Plus: certifications in ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector, ASE Certification, or Certified Quality Technician.
