The WorkAccenture is seeking a Associate Manager / Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Greenfield Plant transformations within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to C suite and operations leaders, helping clients plan, design, build, and ramp next generation manufacturing facilities.
The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, capital projects, and supply chain, and is responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large scale greenfield programs across industries including life sciences, industrials, automotive, high tech, and process manufacturing. The Associate Director / Senior Manager will assess growth, client relationships, and end to end delivery while building Accenture’s differentiated Greenfield Manufacturing capability.
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Growth- Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guiding greenfield projects from concept design through commissioning.
- Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization.
- Lead end to end greenfield manufacturing programs, including master planning, plant and process design, EPC coordination, factory IT/OT architecture, and operational readiness.
- Integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability into a single transformation vision.
- Oversee complex, multi partner delivery ecosystems including EPC firms, OEMs, and technology partners.
- Champion digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES, digital twins, automation, data platforms, and advanced analytics, embedded into greenfield designs.
- Drive sustainability outcomes across energy efficiency, ESG compliance, and responsible manufacturing practices.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high performing engineering and manufacturing transformation teams across Industry X and adjacent practices.
- Contribute to capability development, reusable assets, and go to market offerings for Greenfield Manufacturing.
- Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio.
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
- Minimum 10 years executive leadership experience delivering greenfield manufacturing plants or large industrial facilities, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
- Minimum 8 years of Deep expertise across manufacturing engineering, capital projects, EPC management, and plant startup/ramp up.
- Experience across life sciences, industrials, automotive, high tech, or process industries.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms, factory IT/OT, digital twins, and advanced automation.
- Background working with or managing EPCs and global delivery partners in large scale programs.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
