LSB is seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op to join our Corporate Manufacturing Technologies Team with an anticipated start date of July 2025 and end date of Dec 2025. They will work closely with the Senior Process Engineers and VP of Manufacturing Technology and will be located at the OKC corporate office. Some travel will be required.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, operational reliability, and sustainability across our manufacturing network. As a co-op, you will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support a variety of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the execution of LSB's digital transformation initiatives.

* Participate in gathering and analyzing data aimed at assessing asset performance, process safety, and equipment reliability.

* Help in developing digital tools to support health monitoring/optimization and efficient troubleshooting

* Support early-phase capital project work, including feasibility assessments, data analysis, and technology evaluations.

* Prepare documentation, presentations, and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
