- Cenergistic is seeking a degreed Mechanical Engineer to support HVAC systems, building automation, and energy performance initiatives.
- This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career engineer eager to learn, contribute, and grow under experienced mentorship.
- Support development and implementation of energy conservation standards and best practices.
- Assist with HVAC, mechanical, and BAS system optimization efforts.
- Review control strategies and sequences of operation under guidance.
- Analyze HVAC and BAS data to identify performance opportunities.
- Support commissioning and measurement & verification activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders.
- Assist with technical reports and performance analysis.
- Participate in training and mentorship programs.
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Travel: 5–8%
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience or relevant internships.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with building automation systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
- EIT certification or progress toward FE exam.
- Internship experience in HVAC or building systems.
- Interest in energy conservation and sustainability.
