Join a company at the forefront of roofing technology, producing durable, sustainable rubberized asphalt shingles. We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer/Manager to lead plant improvements, optimize processes, and support high-performing operations.

What You'll Do

* Lead capital and operational improvement projects from design through execution

* Develop cost estimates and build business cases for plant investments

* Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure performance and reliability

* Partner with production leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives

* Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and operating standards

* Support automation and facility improvements to increase efficiency

* Promote and enforce a strong safety and environmental culture

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

* 3+ years of manufacturing experience

* Strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing

* Experience with cost estimation and capital project planning

* Knowledge of electrical maintenance and facility automation

* Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies

* Commitment to safety and operational excellence

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

* Experience in building materials or roofing products

* background working in older or legacy manufacturing facilities

* Hands-on experience with plant upgrades and modernization efforts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
