Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist
Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist supporting the Bombers Modifications & Upgrades IP&S Program in Oklahoma City, OK.
Responsibilities- Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
- Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
- Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
- 1 or more years of experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role.
- 1 or more years of experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 1+ year of experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP).
- 1+ year of experience managing EVM metrics.
Conflict of interest:
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Travel:
Some travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
Shift: 1st Shift.

Competitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities. Summary pay range: USD $71,400 – $96,600.
