Associate Supply Management Specialist

Job Summary

Associate Supply Base Management Specialist – The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a qualified candidate to join our dynamic team in either Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA.

• Participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships and service requirements to meet contractual obligations and expectations.
• Gather and review data for supplier performance evaluations.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
• Provide support in developing mitigation plans.
• Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
• Support development and implementation of supplier project plans.

• More than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.
• More than 1 year of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• More than 1 year of experience working in a multi-functional team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 1 year of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.
• More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.

• Location:
  
  Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA – 100% onsite.
• Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
• Travel:
  Up to 10% of the time.
• Relocation:
  Must relocate at own expense; no relocation assistance.

In Oklahoma City, OK: $73,950 – $91,350. In Tukwila, WA: $85,850 – $106,050. Benefits include standard health, dental, retirement, and other programs available to eligible employees.
