Coreslab Structures (OKLA) is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to join one of the nation’s leading precast concrete manufacturers. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory, develop relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and owners, and play a direct role in shaping some of the most significant construction projects across Oklahoma and the surrounding region.

- Support from experienced estimating, engineering, drafting, and project management teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and owners
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities throughout Central Oklahoma and surrounding markets
- Guide projects from initial opportunity through award and handoff to project management
- Review construction drawings and specifications to identify precast opportunities
- Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and drafting teams to deliver successful project solutions
- Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals
- Represent Coreslab at industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and customer functions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum two years of business development, sales, construction, or related experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Precast concrete, construction materials, construction management, engineering, or related industry experience preferred
- Frequent travel throughout Oklahoma City and Surrounding Communities
- Occasional travel to Northwest Arkansas, Wichita, Kansas, and other regional markets
- Some overnight travel required
