Installation Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level)

The Boeing Company (Boeing Defense, Space & Security) is hiring an Installation Engineer for its Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Division in Oklahoma City, OK. This role primarily supports the E7 program and may also support other MS&B programs.

• Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).
• Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues, supports root‑cause identification, and discharges NCR dispositions.
• Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
• Works under general supervision; communicates effectively through listening, verbal and written means.
• Works in a dynamic setting, consistently multitasks and prioritizes work.
• Demonstrates patience and resilience in an environment of dynamic change.
• Exhibits flexibility, initiative, detail orientation, ability to multi‑task and willingness to learn new areas.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a non‑US equivalent directly related to the work statement.
• 3+ years of experience in wire installation design or working with electrical equipment.
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products.

• 5+ Years’ experience with 3D Modeling/CAD software.
• 5+ Years’ experience with wire bundle/electrical design.
• Experience in an engineering environment.
• Familiarity with the 737 aircraft and systems.
• Experience with FAA certification requirements for electrical design.
• Experience using WIRS.
• Experience with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA.

This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Relocation is offered based on candidate eligibility; basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Associate (Level2) Summary pay range: $85,000–$115,000
Mid‑Level (Level3) Summary pay range: $104,550–$141,450
