Associate/Mid-Level Supplier Quality Engineer

Supports site sustainment programs across multiple platforms, including AH-64, H-6, V-22, MH‑139, C‑47, KC‑46, and P-8. Responsibilities cover all phases of the development life‑cycle for hardware, from inception through post‑delivery.

• Perform detailed Quality Engineering investigations and execute product containment.
• Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Actions and verify routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provide objective evidence of results, conduct product reviews with DCMA customers during product or process verification, and identify and document discrepancies.
• Segregate and control non‑conforming items, and identify repetitive or significant non‑conformances for corrective action.
• Integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals, program processes, and documentation.
• Develop quality metrics and quality plans to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Process supplier notice of escapements and perform supplier performance improvement.

• Basic Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, with strong analytic, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Previous work experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another highly regulated industry; experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
