EE Technical Designer; Wiring Installation Design - Mid-Level or Lead

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing‑related issues, including support for root‑cause identification and NCR dispositions.
• Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
• Work under general supervision and communicate effectively through listening, verbal and written means.
• Operate in a dynamic work setting, consistently multitask, prioritize work, and exhibit patience and resilience during periods of change.
• Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, detail orientation, and willingness to learn new areas.

• Level3:
  Associate‑level education or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience.
• Level4:
  Associate‑level education or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.

• 5+ years of experience with 3D Modeling/CAD software.
• 5+ years of experience with wire bundle/electrical design.
• Experience in an engineering environment.
• Familiarity with the 737 aircraft and systems.
• Experience with FAA certification requirements for electrical design.
• Experience using WIRS.
• Experience with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA.

Relocation will be offered based on candidate eligibility; basic relocation assistance is available for eligible internal candidates.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

• Mid‑Level (Level3) summary pay range: $63,750 – $86,250.
• Lead (Level4) summary pay range: $75,650 – $102,350.

• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including an interim and/or final Top Secret Clearance.
