Job Overview

This job involves leading and coordinating the development of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, focusing on enhancing productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various teams including engineering, sales, and quality to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost‑saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation.

This role is suited for a self‑motivated individual who is keen on driving initiatives and improving operational efficiency.

A Day In The Life
  • Be a Safety Champion:
    Lead with a safety‑first mindset, ensuring all projects and tasks meet our rigorous safety standards.
  • Drive Innovation:
    From the ground up, design and refine manufacturing processes for exciting new projects. Get hands‑on with equipment procurement, tooling, and coordination to set the stage for groundbreaking products.
  • Boost Efficiency & Quality:
    Implement cost‑saving measures and quality enhancements that make a real difference. Embrace new technologies, automation, and lean practices to elevate our operational excellence.
  • Solve Problems Creatively:
    Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor with savvy and resourcefulness. Work closely with our Quality Department to root out issues and deploy effective solutions.
  • Collaborate and Influence:
    Work across a spectrum of departments like Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive and proactive manufacturing environment.
  • Document & Standardize:
    Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.
  • Lead Critical Projects:
    Take charge of essential projects and see your ideas come to life in tangible, impactful ways.
  • Cross‑Functional Exposure:
    Gain invaluable insights and build relationships across the full spectrum of the manufacturing process.
  • Continuous Growth:
    Engage in ongoing professional development that keeps you at the forefront of the industry.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical), or related field (required)
  • 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, and MS Office.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as Solid Works and AutoCAD (required)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
