The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and gaining experience in Lean manufacturing principles. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, with preference for those having up to 2 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and the position may require up to 50% overnight travel.
