STV is seeking an experienced Senior Municipal Civil/Roadway Project Manager to join our Roadway Design Team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK. In this role you will lead high‑visibility municipal and transportation projects, strengthen client relationships, guide talented teams, and help deliver solutions that improve how communities move and connect. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership, business development, mentorship, and project delivery in a collaborative environment.

What

You’ll Do
  • Build trusted client relationships and serve as a key partner to municipal agencies on important infrastructure initiatives
  • Lead project execution from strategy through delivery, guiding budgets, operations, and financial performance to support successful outcomes
  • Mentor and develop high‑performing teams, helping create an environment where people can grow, contribute, and do their best work
  • Shape roadway and highway design solutions that enhance mobility, safety, and long‑term community value
  • Develop roadway models and cross sections that help bring complex transportation improvements to life
  • Design site grading and drainage solutions that support constructability, performance, and resilient infrastructure delivery
  • Guide erosion and sediment control planning that supports responsible project execution and environmental stewardship
  • Lead stormwater management design efforts that help projects perform effectively and serve communities for the long term
  • Support traffic control planning, studies, and signalization efforts that improve safety, mobility, and the overall user experience
  • Contribute to clear, effective signing and pavement marking design that enhances roadway function and driver confidence
  • Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate utility design and help keep complex projects moving forward successfully
  • Create plans, specifications, estimates, and schematic design documents that support strong project delivery and lasting client confidence

What

You Bring
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • PE license and 20+ years of relevant experience leading roadway, highway, or municipal infrastructure projects
  • Experience with software such as Micro Station, Open Roads Designer, InRoads/Geo Pak, and Microsoft Office;
    AutoCAD experience is a plus
  • Strong experience supporting municipal infrastructure projects is highly preferred
  • Involvement in professional organizations and industry associations is encouraged
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in a consistent, safe, and professional manner
