This is a full‑time, on‑site role looking for an Avionics Tech. The role involves performing troubleshooting and maintenance on aircraft systems. Avionics will ensure all work meets airworthiness standards as required by FAA regulations and company protocols, performs avionics upgrades and installs on multiple airframes, STC installation, modification, and repair of avionics systems and components.
Education- Must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to understand and interpret aircraft Technical Data to properly architect and install avionics systems upgrades and modifications.
- Understand engineering methodology for systems installations.
- Knowledge and hands‑on capabilities with Aircraft Systems and Airworthiness standards.
- Avionics Modification and Installation of Avionics components/systems.
- Proficiency in working with Commercial Aircrafts and Power Plant components.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols in aviation maintenance.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment with effective communication skills.
- All other duties as assigned.
