Northrop Grumman provides opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people worldwide. The role focuses on systems engineering within the Aeronautics Systems Sector in Oklahoma City, OK.

The candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform analyses at all levels of the total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
• Major in or have majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or similar STEM degree.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite) and Special Access Program clearance within a reasonable period.
• Final U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required to start.

• Be completing or have completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 or have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Systems Engineering experience by August 2027.
• Major in or have majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar STEM degree.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite) and Special Access Program clearance within a reasonable period.
• Final U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required to start.

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship/co‑op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional, community, extracurricular).

• Associate Engineer Systems: $62,300 - $93,500/year
• Engineer Systems: $75,100 - $112,700/year
