ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform analyses at all levels of the total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
- Major in or have majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or similar STEM degree.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite) and Special Access Program clearance within a reasonable period.
- Final U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required to start.
- Be completing or have completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 or have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Systems Engineering experience by August 2027.
- Major in or have majored in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar STEM degree.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite) and Special Access Program clearance within a reasonable period.
- Final U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required to start.
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Previous internship/co‑op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional, community, extracurricular).
- Associate Engineer Systems: $62,300 - $93,500/year
- Engineer Systems: $75,100 - $112,700/year
