The team is recognized for its leadership in water supply, wastewater, and conveyance-related engineering services.

The Project Engineering Management group collaborates closely with clients to align people, processes, technologies, and data-driven insights to modernize water infrastructure, optimize asset performance, meet regulatory and performance goals, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.

• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple concurrent projects
• Support research and evaluation of equipment and material selections
• Perform complex engineering calculations using established methods and standards
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
• Lead production teams, coordinate cross-discipline activities, and serve as Engineer of Record or Responsible Charge as applicable

• Identify key client priorities and project drivers for moderately complex projects
• Communicate client needs and concerns to project teams and develop effective solutions
• Support business development, proposal development, and pursuit activities
• Manage project changes directly with clients under the direction of the Project Manager

• Lead large, multi-discipline teams to successfully deliver project objectives
• Provide technical guidance for complex and large-diameter water and wastewater conveyance projects
• Drive practical, innovative solutions to meet project goals

• Review engineering work performed by junior and mid-level staff
• Mentor team members and support performance management and professional development

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Prior engineering consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering multi-discipline water and wastewater conveyance projects

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record reviews, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Hybrid or flexible work arrangements may be available after the first 90 days, based on business needs, performance, and manager discretion
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use
• Ability to utilize video and audio conferencing tools for internal and external collaboration
• Travel to client sites as required
