As a systems engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape our customer's acquisition process by leading engineering sustainment projects and processes. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with the DoD acquisition process
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Knowledge of FAA Airworthiness
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Share Point
  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and identify critical characteristics
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for mechanical systems and components
  • Ability to work with and present to senior ranking officials
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Systems Engineering
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with geospatial dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Experience with DoD Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E)
  • Ability to coordinate and manage Engineering Technical Assistance Request (ETAR) processes and procedures, including AFMC guidelines and the use of AF Form 107 and AF Form 202
  • Top Secret clearance
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
