Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Roadway Engineer with 2+ years of experience in roadway or bridge engineering to join a client’s established team.
The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions for transportation projects, including bridge design, traffic engineering, highway, and roadway construction.
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year. Permanent position with profit‑sharing.

- Lead and manage various transportation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Design and implement roadway, highway, and bridge structures using industry‑standard software such as Open Roads, Civil 3D, or Geopak.
- Conduct traffic engineering studies and analyses to develop strategic solutions for traffic management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in roadway or bridge engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience with Micro Station, Civil 3D, or related software.
- Strong knowledge of traffic engineering, bridge design, and transportation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound engineering decisions.
