Position SummaryOur Engineers are responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of plant facilities through the application of engineering principles, project management practices, maintenance strategies, and process optimization initiatives. They serve as a technical resource across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Process Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and other functional teams to drive operational excellence, equipment reliability, capital project execution, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
The engineering teams significantly contribute to the achievement of business objectives by leading and supporting production initiatives, maintenance and reliability programs, process improvements, safety initiatives, and capital projects.
- Provide engineering and technical support to plant operations, maintenance, reliability, project, and safety teams to improve safety, reliability, quality, and operational performance.
- Analyze operational, process, maintenance, and project data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), operating trends, equipment performance, production metrics, and reliability data to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead or support capital projects from concept development through design, planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
