The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Technical Designer to assist with the maintenance and modification of Systems Integration Labs on the Executive Transport Program
. This position is based in Oklahoma City
, and reports to the Flight Deck Systems First Line Manager.
As part of Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security organization, you will play a critical role in the integration, test, and operation of the Executive Transport Aircraft. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that the aircraft’s complex systems — including avionics, flight controls, communications, and mission systems — are successfully integrated, tested, and delivered to the warfighter.
This position provides a unique opportunity to combine technical discipline, airplane systems knowledge, and hands-on integration/test operations, directly supporting Boeing’s mission to enable global reach for the U.S. and allied forces.
Responsibilities- Work alongside systems engineers to incorporate electrical and mechanical changes to systems integration labs and associated drawings
- Create and revise engineering artifacts
- Maintain configuration control of lab systems
- Assist in troubleshooting avionic systems
This role will be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- Experience with aircraft maintenance
- Familiarity with avionics and flight instrumentation
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- A&P Certificate
- Private Pilot (PPL) License

- Pay & Benefits: Boeing offers a Total Rewards package, including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, and eligible benefits programs (health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away). The specific programs vary by location and eligibility.
- Summary pay range: Level 1: $44,200 – $59,800
