Blue Worxis seeking a driven and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Noble, Oklahoma. Position Overview

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing equipment, processes, and products. This role will work closely with production, operations, quality, and leadership teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes
  • Create and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Support new product development from concept through production
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency
  • Analyze manufacturing challenges and develop practical engineering solutions
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and management teams to support operational goals
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
  • Assist with equipment selection, installation, and optimization
  • Evaluate designs for manufacturability, reliability, and performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
  • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and production objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Professional engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments preferred
  • Experience with mechanical design, process improvement, and manufacturing systems
  • Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and production processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when in production areas
