We are working with an innovative critical minerals company in Oklahoma looking to add a Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in commissioning, ramping up, and optimizing a first-of-its-kind processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization helping build the domestic critical minerals supply chain.

- High level of technical ownership from commissioning through commercial operations
- 5-10+ years of process engineering experience
- Experience with rotary kilns, thermal processing, and air pollution control systems (baghouses, scrubbers, thermal oxidizers)
- Proven success supporting commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of industrial facilities
- Background in mining, critical minerals, cement, lime, metals, recycling, or similar process industries with a hands-on, plant-floor mindset
