JOB TITLE:
Structural Analysis Engineer 2 - Aerospace
LOCATION:
Oklahoma City, OK
PAY RATE: $74.00 per hour

Summary:
Developing, integrating, and documenting structural requirements to establish system design, coordinating with engineering groups to define the product's environment.
Ensuring structural integrity through analytical methods, finite element models, and simulations.
Developing test plans, supporting execution, analyzing results, and documenting certification to meet customer and regulatory standards.
Investigating in-service product failures and recommending improvements.
Work under the guidance of the Technical Lead/Front Line Manager.
Participate in morning team meetings to receive daily work packages.
Focus on meeting quality and deadlines, with checks and balances in place.
Use CATIA V5 for model interrogation, primarily for primary airframe structures and secondary brackets.
Required Skills:
Education typically includes a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
2+ years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with equivalent experience.
Structural analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Desired
Skills:
Familiarity with ENOVIA, IVT, NASTRAN/PATRAN, CSW, IAS, and Classical Hand Analysis.
Limited need for Finite Element Analysis.
ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.
