- Conduct detailed value stream mapping, process audits, time studies, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement standard work, visual management systems, and error-proofing solutions across kitting and related operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure process changes are practical and deliver measurable results
- Design and develop kitting processes from the ground up, including parts grouping logic, sequencing, visual aids, packaging standards, and ergonomic workstation layouts
- Analyze current kitting workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that reduce kit preparation time, minimize inventory discrepancies, and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Create and maintain kitting documentation (standard operating procedures, visual work instructions, bill of materials for kits, and training materials)

- Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives including process mapping and workflow design
- Proven analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Proven capability to take initiative, provide direction, and drive projects to completion.
