Fairwinds Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Reliability Engineer to support an AWACS RSU program. You will lead RM&T activities, conduct reliability analyses, and drive MTBF/maintenance planning for mission-critical avionics and communications systems.
The role requires DoD/DM experience, a strong background in MIL-HDBK standards, and collaboration across Systems Engineering, Safety, Software, and Logistics teams. A DoD clearance and readiness to work in the US are expected.
