Launch your career in transportation engineering with our team as a Transportation Engineer, Early Career. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to design and produce plans for a variety of transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities. You'll gain hands‑on experience across geometric design, drainage, pavement rehabilitation, and more, while developing the technical skills and problem‑solving abilities that will define your career.

• With the support of our technical experts and project managers, you’ll design and produce plans for a variety of transportation design projects for the state DOTs and local municipalities
• Projects may include rural highways, urban corridors, roundabouts, interchanges, innovative large-scale transportation projects
• Preparation of designs, calculations, reports, and cost estimates.
• Developing engineering drawings utilizing technical specifications and next generation plans through digital delivery and 3D modeling technologies

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program required
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required;
  Micro Station and/or AutoCAD experience with design programs a plus
• Strong interest in transportation engineering and motivated to improve the safety and efficiency of transportation systems
• Adaptable and self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
