- Contribute to management of all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
- Support technical delivery of site civil engineering and land development projects
- Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans with leadership and clients
- Track and support management of project performance, deliverables, and timelines
- Participate in construction administration activities, including site visits and progress tracking
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, design standards, and codes
- Prepare or oversee engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project schedules and help ensure timely completion of technical deliverables
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior staff and mentor junior project managers
- Help resolve complex delivery challenges
- Assist with leading projects involving heightened coordination and risk
- Support planning and supervision of design and construction activities on advanced projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field from an ABET-accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Oklahoma or Texas, or 8 years of experience in lieu of license
- Minimum of 8-15 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering or land development projects
- Proven experience managing engineering projects and leading technical design for grading, drainage, paving, utilities, storm water management, and site infrastructure
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations, design standards, and permitting processes
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to design, permitting, and construction administration
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate across disciplines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
Demonstrates expertise in managing all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction administration, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality technical outputs. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
