TRETMANN sucht eine/n engagierte/n Kundenservice-Talent zur Verstärkung des Teams. Sie arbeiten hauptsächlich remote aus Deutschland, betreuen Amazon-Kunden und andere Anfragen telefonisch sowie per E-Mail, lösen Probleme professionell und tragen zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Sie arbeiten flexibel, bevorzugt in der Wintersaison Oct–Mar mit 40 Std/Woche; im Sommer 20–40 Std. Sie bringen Deutsch als Muttersprache mit, idealerweise Erfahrung im Homeoffice und im Kundenservice.
