• Work as the onsite Engineering representative of P&W supporting engine/hardware investigations and dispositions.
• Create Technical Substantiation Packages (TSP) for non-conforming hardware analysis.
• Assist in part inspections to recover hardware in inventory.
• Monitor and trend hardware health for limit updates, Component Improvement Program (CIP) and repair tasks activities.
• Provide assistance to Customer Support Engineering (CSE) and base personnel with field support, quality issues and logistics planning.
• Work in a customer-facing role.

• Experience with Mechanical components and Externals plumbing systems products.
• Procedural knowledge associated with the aftermarket sustainment and overhaul of military engines.
• Military customer and P&W leadership engagement opportunities (Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT), System Integrated Product Team (SIPT), Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT)).
• Leadership skills development.

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an Engineering field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

• Pursuing a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience demonstrating communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills in professional and team-based environments.
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
