Northrop Grumman’s Global Surveillance Division (GSD) is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer / Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK supporting the E‑3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platform.

• Lead the Systems Engineering – Integration team within the Engineering homeroom, including system integration, test plan and procedure development, test execution and reporting, and obsolescence analysis and solution development activities.
• Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and develop tools to communicate and track action items internally and with our customer.
• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts supporting systems engineering and design artifacts.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature content both internally and externally.

• Principal Systems Engineer:
  Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of related experience, including 3 years with a Master’s and 1 year with a PhD.
• Senior Principal Systems Engineer:
  Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 8 years of related experience, including 6 years with a Master’s and 4 years with a PhD.
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years.

• Experience leading Systems Engineering events (e.g., PDR, CDR).
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience resolving issues and providing technical support.
• Capable of working with minimal direction and in team environments.
• 2+ years’ experience creating, updating, and maintaining requirements specifications in Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
• 3+ years’ experience with Systems Engineering principles.

Primary Level Salary Range: $93,900.00 - $. Secondary Level Salary Range: $ - $.
