Event Support Team Member

Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company. The Event Support Team Member supports Program Leaders and Program Specialists during event days. Responsibilities include assisting with setting up and tearing down event equipment, ensuring the event space is ready for students, staff, and attendees, and supporting a positive event experience.

• Assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment.
• Ensure all event areas are prepared and ready for participants.
• Collaborate with Program Leaders and Specialists to meet event objectives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and faculty.
• Reliability and a teachable posture; able to follow instructions accurately.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to inspire participants through celebration.
• Physical ability to work all day on your feet and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Must pass a background check.

• Base pay: $250 per day.
