Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Private Events Coordinator to manage event activities, ensure guest safety, and deliver outstanding service during private events.
You will coordinate load-in/out with vendors, assist in design meetings, create floor plans, and support public Civic Center events while upholding policy and a positive public presence. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
