Overnight Casino Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
Supervise all casino staff on shift, ensuring adherence to professional standards and operational efficiency. This includes training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Customer Service:
Maintain a high standard of customer service across all areas of operation. The shift manager will address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering a positive environment.

Game Monitoring:
Oversee all gaming activities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes monitoring game operations and interactions between staff and patrons.

Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning gaming and employment.

Interdepartmental Coordination:
Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure seamless operations, enhancing efficiency and guest experience across the casino.
