Responsible for supporting all Club Remington department functions through direct guest interaction, promotion of player engagement, and delivering exceptional service, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and contributing to winning guest experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
Greet guests with a welcoming, upbeat demeanor and professional appearance
Actively promote Club Remington membership and carded play by assisting with sign-ups and explaining program benefits.
Relay relevant promotional and operational information to guests and assist team members by staying informed on events including but not limited to Current Marketing Promotions Special and Group Sales Events Hours of operation for casino, wagering, live racing, and food & beverage facilities
Support the execution of property promotions and assist with event setup as needed.
Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of player database records.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints within scope of authority or escalate to supervisor as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and proprietary company systems.
Ensure strict compliance with all casino, marketing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
Uphold departmental presentation standards, including uniform and service expectations.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and ability to operate personal computers, AV systems, player tracking card systems, gaming devices, and safety equipment
Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage confidently with guests and other team members
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic service environment
Maintain integrity and professionalism in all guest interactions
Exhibit strong teamwork, respect for diversity, and commitment to excellent service
Must be able to work in a smoke-filled casino environment
Training and
Experience:
Must be able to pass Title 31
Training.
Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required.
Previous experience in a casino environment preferred.
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result
