Venturi is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Service Associate to join our Oklahoma City office, ensuring our senior advisors can operate at the highest strategic level and clients receive seamless, anticipatory service across increasingly complex family structures. This role is central to the delivery of white-glove service for HNW and UHNW clients and works closely with senior advisors and internal specialists across investments, planning, reporting, and operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping clients and advisors stay organized and well-served. This is a hands‑on role with meaningful responsibility and long‑term growth potential for the right person.
Client Service and Relationship Support- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing responsive, professional, and proactive service.
- Manage the full client onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams and external advisors (attorneys, CPAs, custodians, bankers, and insurance professionals).
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, and closings, including preparation of documentation, authorization letters, and standing instructions.
- Ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of client accounts, entity structures, and reporting within Addepar and related systems.
- Oversee asset movement requests, including cash transfers, trades, RMDs, capital calls, and distributions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Establish and maintain client access to online portals, statements, confirmations, proxy materials, and reporting tools.
- Partner with senior advisors to support comprehensive wealth strategies, including estate planning, tax coordination, and charitable planning.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of multi‑entity and multi‑generational family structures.
- Prepare and review client reports and materials prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client objectives.
- Track client service requests, projects, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within CRM systems and internal workflows.
- Provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior advisors as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, reporting, and service processes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and fiduciary standards in all client interactions.
- Ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a private wealth management, RIA, or family‑office environment serving HNW/UHNW clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with complex family structures, trusts, and multi‑entity relationships strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with estate planning concepts and wealth transfer strategies.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Addepar, Salesforce, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Arch strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong client‑first mindset.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
- Collaborative team player who values accountability and continuous improvement.
