• Use customer-provided information to produce consistent financial spreads.
• Analyze the produced financial spreads, emphasizing all financial activities of the borrower.
• Identify material changes and/or trends in the balance sheet and income statement.
• Complete deal-specific and global cash flow analysis.
• Identify and analyze the adequacy of collateral securing the loan(s).
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries for lenders on new, renewal, and existing loans.
• Review credit files to ensure completeness and report any documentation deficiencies to lenders in a timely manner for resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite and PC desktop operating systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills; strong follow-through on projects and deliverables.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under time deadlines, even under increased pressure.
