DescriptionNorthrop Grumman is seeking two Program Cost and Schedule Control Analysts (Level 2 or Level
3) to support the Cost Management organization. The role will be based in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA with a hybrid work schedule.
- Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
- Support the development of budget baselines, cost/schedule integration, and preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC.
- Perform financial performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR.
- Support variance analysis reports and facilitate program monthly rhythm processes.
- Incorporate baseline changes into the EVM system using Microframe Project Manager (MPM), SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), wInsight, MS Excel/Project/Powerpoint.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, maintain performance criteria, and prepare government cost performance reports.
- Apply earned value, budgeting, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reporting across multiple contracts and control accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR Master’s degree.
- Ability to work onsite with a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA.
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields OR Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
- Active final adjudicated DoD Secret Clearance with transfer/maintenance ability.
- Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra).
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Salary is based on location and experience, with potential overtime, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives for higher‑level positions.
