The Payment Services Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties within Electronic Services Department. This position handles processing, inquiries, and adjustments for plastic cards, mobile banking, and various electronic services/products.
Who You Are
- A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to read and interpret loan documents, related regulations, policies & procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workflow.
- Proficiency with Windows based software and other applications.
- Solid mathematical reasoning with ability to calculate applicable functions.
What You Will Do
- Resolve issues related to card adjustments, usage, disputes, and lost or stolen cards.
- Assist with creating and opening online accounts.
- Serve as backup for other duties within the department.
- Collaborate and assist branches on ATM-related issues.
- Respond to online banking and card inquiries in timely and helpful manner.
Education and Experience
- 2 years' experience in a financial institution or lending environment required.
- Digital banking experience helpful.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential job functions.
