The Foreclosure position is responsible for monitoring loans during the foreclosure process. This includes working with outside vendors, monitoring weekly reports, and the ability to handle large volumes of work with efficiency and accuracy.

* Overtime may be required as needed - Team centered atmosphere with the ability to learn and assist your peers throughout the foreclosure process
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must possess up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Experience performing detailed, qualify focused work
- Working knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel programs
Qualified Candidates will also possess the following skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high volume, regulated environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to meet department goals
- Ability to adapt to updated policy and procedures as needed

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
