Role Description

The Financial Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves meeting with individuals and families to assess their financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance, and developing personalized financial plans that align with the Miliare Group’s mission of accessible financial education. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing cash flow, debt, savings, and protection needs; recommending strategies for retirement planning, wealth building, and wealth preservation;

and providing ongoing guidance as clients’ circumstances change. The Financial Planner will educate clients on core financial concepts, present suitable financial solutions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service quality. The role also includes community outreach, workshops, and follow-up meetings to expand financial literacy and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, with the ability to create comprehensive, client-centered plans.
  • Background in Finance and familiarity with core financial concepts such as cash flow, debt management, insurance, and investment basics.
  • Experience or certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or progress toward CFP designation is highly beneficial.
  • Expertise in Retirement Planning, including strategies for accumulation, distribution, and income protection.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a strong commitment to serving diverse families and communities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK, manage multiple client relationships, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in financial services or advisory roles is an advantage.
