Walmart is launching an Accounting & Finance Development Program (AFDP) designed to fast-track high-potential students into future leaders. The program offers four 6-month rotations across Walmart US, Sam's Club, International and Corporate, plus 4 weeks of focused training and mentorship from senior leaders.
Participants gain exposure to FP&A, controllership, audit, and cross-functional finance roles, with a capstone project and ongoing coaching.
