Teachers Credit Union is looking for a passionate and people-focused Member Service Officer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK! In this role, you'll be the face of our credit union — building meaningful relationships with members and helping them achieve their financial goals. • Provide exceptional member service by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and financial needs
• Open and maintain member accounts including checking, savings, and certificate accounts
• Process loan applications and assist members through the lending process
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and federal regulations
• Support branch operations including teller transactions and daily balancing activities

• Prior experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products including loans, deposits, and member accounts
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a member-facing, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
